Early in my career, problem-solving felt like a race. Something breaks? I’d dive in, untangle the mess, and get everything running again as fast as possible.
Over time, I realized the best problem-solvers aren’t just quick fixers. They are proactive architects. Instead of waiting for things to go wrong, I started looking ahead, analyzing patterns, identifying risks, and designing systems that worked better from the start.
🔹 Then: I was the go-to person for troubleshooting and putting out fires.
🔹 Now: I focus on scalable, customer-centric solutions that streamline operations and create long-term impact.
That shift wasn’t just about skill, it was about mindset. Curiosity played a huge role. I started asking different questions. Why did this break? What could prevent it? What patterns am I missing? The more I leaned into understanding root causes instead of treating symptoms, the more effective I became.
