For over 15 years, I’ve helped businesses make sense of chaos by building smart, scalable systems that evolve as they grow.

I’ve led technical implementations in high-growth HealthTech startups, launched training programs that cut onboarding time in half, and redesigned workflows that actually support the teams using them.

My background in education and enablement makes me a natural translator of complexity. I bridge strategy and operations, bringing structure to the mess so teams can move with clarity and confidence.

The Philosophy Behind the Work

At Blueprint, I use a proprietary method called The Golden Framework, inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi: repairing broken pottery with gold. This approach embraces what’s broken and rebuilds it with purpose. Every solution is designed for progress you can build on.

My work spans industries like HealthTech, education, and professional services. But the focus is always the same: building smarter ways to work. I help teams reduce friction and scale sustainably.

I’ve built systems that are still in use years later, and I’ve stepped into roles where teams needed clarity fast. I understand how people, tech, and operations intersect, and I design processes that honor all three.

Beyond consulting, I’ve always been someone who builds systems that work. That includes a home organization business (fueled by frequent trips to The Container Store) and a Property Management Company.

Real Estate Investing

Our company owns three properties, all of which have been long-term rentals until recently. We’re now exploring short-term rental opportunities and applying the same systems-first mindset I bring to my consulting work. A lot of this experience comes from setting up AirB-n-B spaces through my home organization business, creating spaces that are efficient, easy to maintain, and guest-ready without stress.

Home Organization Business

I still take on home organization projects for people who want their space to feel intentional and easy to live in. That includes reworking kitchens with Elfa shelving, converting bedrooms into multi-use spaces, or prepping homes for short-term rental turnover. I design systems that are intuitive and sustainable, using what you already have whenever possible. The goal is to make the space work for you.

Family & Fun

I’m an Austin native who won’t travel where I can’t get tacos and was raised on the lawns of live music events. I love tattoos with stories and quiet time at the pool. The cats run the household. The kids are usually looking for the thing in their pocket and the stereo is always on. It’s equal parts calm, chaos, and containers, and it’s my happy place.
